PAYMENT METHOD

  1. Down Payment of at least 30% of the total cost for each reservation or order.
  2. Down Payment 30% is made after your reservation is confirmed by our team that the service you ordered is available. We will not ask for a deposit of any kind if your booking has not been confirmed.
  3. Down Payment is made via Bank Transfer in the Account listed in the performance invoice.
  4. After you make the Down Payment, please confirm the payment via WhatsApp or Email by including the Booking Data and Transfer Proof.
  5. Settlement of payment is made on H-14 before the departure of the tour or if in a tour reservation, of course, payment can be made during the tour on the first day.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Cancellation fee to 50% of the TOTAL payment will be charged if a confirmed booking is cancelled within one day prior to clients pick up.
  • No-Show will be charge of 100% of the TOTAL payment.
