Tour Itinerary

Day 01 Arrival – Makassar (no Meals)

Upon arrival at Hasanuddin Airport Makassar, meeting services. then transfer directly to Hotel. Overnight at Hotel

Day 02 Makassar – Toraja (B)

After breakfast, we will take you out on the picturesque drive to Toraja with approx. 10 hours driving along the Bugisnese villages with their typical houses. We will stop for a photo-taking during the trip. Lunch will be served in a seafood restaurant in Pare-Pare. In the afternoon stop on the PuncakLakawan to enjoy the spectacular view. Arrive in Rantepao in late afternoon. Dinner and overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 Toraja Tour / village walk excursion (B,L)

In the morning a full day discovery trekking tour of Toraja, first you will be transferred to Kandora village where your trekking trip be began. Passing thru this Palipu village then onwards to Suaya and Tampangallo. Stop in Buntu Lobo to see the children performing music bamboo orchestra and traditional dance of Toraja. Afterwards visiting Kambira village where you can see the baby grave in the tree. In the afternoon we return to hotel.

Day 04 Toraja (Batu Tumonga, Soft Trekking (2 Hours) – Weaving Center) (B)

After breakfast, we will bring you out for a full day trip to Batutumonga, enjoying superb views of Rantepao and the surrounding valleys. You will enjoy a walk along the rice fields where you can see the daily life of Torajan people. Lunch (exclude) in local restaurant in Rantepao. After lunch, visiting Bori to see megalith stone, Pallawa, Sa’dan, known as the weaving center of Rantepao. Dinner (exclude). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 05 Toraja – Airport – Departure (B)

After breakfast, drive back to Makassar. Lunch will be served at a local restaurant in Pare-Pare. Then transfer directly to Hasanuddin Airport Makassar to catch the flight for your next destination.

Day 01 Arrival – Makassar – Toraja

Day 02 Toraja (Lemo, Kambira, Suaya, Londa, Kete Kesu) (B)

After breakfast, a full day exploring Toraja. First you will visit Lemo to see rows of Tau Tau statues and the hanging graves. Then continue to discover the secrets of baby trees in Kambira. Onwards to Suaya to the graveyard of Kings of Sangalla lies on the hillsides, and then proceed to Londa to see ancient tombs in which the deceased was not buried, but placed among the rocks. At KeteKesu one of the oldest Torajan villages you can see Tongkonan (the traditional ancestral house, or rumahadat of the Torajan people), and also the old traditional rice barns with colorful woodcarving. Lunch (exclude) in Rantepao. Lunch in Rantepao. Dinner (exclude). Overnight at Hotel.

Day 03 Hotel – Toraja Airport (B)

After breakfast, Transfer directly to airport to catch flight for your nest destinatio. End of Toraja Tour 3 Days 2 Nights.
