Dieng Plateau Tour Itinerary
Day 01. Yogyakarta – Gardu Pandang Tieng – Bima Lukar – Well Jalatunda – Candradimuka Crater – Crater Sileri – Dieng Theatre (L, D)
Meeting point, meet with Pamitran staff. Prepare and continue to Wonosobo Dieng plateau a district in altitude of 2093 meters above sea level. En route you will find the beauty of Dieng, especially crops, plantations and many more. The first places that we will visit is the Bima Lukar, a spring that reputedly irrigate Serayu river famous for Rafting. Then proceed to Jalatunda wells, a wells with a depth of 100 meters. Then proceed to Candradimuka crater. Once completed we will go Sileri crater, the widest crater in Dieng plateau area. Stop in Dieng Theater to see the history of Dieng plateau. Then check in at the homestay. Free program.
D2. Sunrise Sikunir – Arjuna temple – Crater Sikidang – Telaga Warna / Batu Ratapan Angin – Yogyakarta (B, L)
Early morning around 04:00 am, we will invite you to see the spectacular sunrise from Mount Sikunir and view point mount Merbabu and Merapi behind. Return to the lhomestay for breakfast and prepare to leave to temple complex of Arjuna, the highest temple in Java. Then visit Sikidang Crater. Continue to Jogjakarta.
