The village of Ngadisari, on the road from Probolinggo about 5.5km before Cemoro Lawang, marks the entrance to the national park. Both Cemoro Lawang and Ngadisari are rather picturesque, with brightly-painted houses and flower beds outside. Not only Mount Bromo, you will also visit Ijen Crater. Day 1: Yogyakarta – Transfer Bromo
You will meet our driver who brings you to Bromo area (around 10 – 12 hour driver). Check in hotel, free program.
Day 2: Bromo Tour – Mount Ijen (B)
Early in the morning we will go to make an excursion to the MT. Bromo. We will drive first to the Mountain Pananjakan which has an excellent view for making pictures of the sunrise. After the sunrise we will drive to the Mountain Bromo through the sea of sand. This will be done by jeep. We will stop to at the foot of the Bromo. After a little climb and 246 steps you will reach the rim of the mountain which gives you a great view (this will be depending on the activity of the Volcano). When you are finished we will go back to your hotel for breakfast. After checking out we will drive to IJen. Check in homestay / hotel, free program.
Day 3: Ijen Tour – Ketapang Harbour (B)
Around 24.00 / 01.00 you leave for the Blue fire tour at Ijen. We drive to Pal Tuding, the last monitoring station, from which you supposed to take a-3 km trek to the crater. Enjoy the blue fire flames from burning sulfur gasses (seen only in the dark), see how sulfur vents spewing yellow liquid molten sulfur which afterwards is collected and hauled out by miners. And last enjoy the amazing view on the lake in the crater. We continue to Ketapang Harbour for your transfer out to Bali Island. End program.

About Mount Bromo
Mount Bromo is the most popular tourism object in East Java. Mount Bromo is interesting due to its status as an active volcano. It is of 2,392 meters above the sea level. Mount Bromo is formed by valleys and canyons with caldera or sandy sea of about 10 square kilometers. Mount Bromo has a crater with diameter of 800 meters (north to south) and about 600 meters (east to west whereas the dangerous zone takes a circular shape with radius of 4 km from the center of the crater. In this Mount Bromo area, tourists can enjoy the stunning scenery and the fresh air of the Bromo volcano which tends to be chilly by simply going for a stroll or riding a horse. This area has seen many constructions of small hotels which are quite decent for tourists.
Mount Ijen (Ijen Crater)
The volcanic cone of Ijen dominates the landscape at the eastern end of Java. Crater of Ijen is filled by a spectacular turquoise blue lake, its surface streaked in wind-blown patterns of yellow sulphur. Kawah Ijen is the world’s largest highly acidic lake and is the site of a labor-intensive sulfur mining operation in which sulfur-laden baskets are hand-carried from the crater floor. Many other post-caldera cones and craters are located within the caldera or long its rim. The largest concentration of post-caldera cones forms an E-W-treding zone across the southern site of the draw to its waterfalls, hot springs, and dramatic volcanic scenery. It is located at Licin sub district, 45 km from the city of Banyuwangi.
