Not only that, this city is build up with many philosophies. One of the interesting legends about Jogja is Imaginary Line.
Trip Information
The line draws over Mount Merapi which is standing symbol for the house of the gods, all the way to Parangtritis beach as the Palace of the Queen of south, also called Queen Kidul. Between these two elements as the north and south pole, the line crosses straight true the Tugu Monument and the Sultan Palace. By building these two important places, the Sultan Palace also called Kraton and the Tugu monument, Sultan wanted to show his people how strong his relationship was (till now still is) with the spirits of Merapi Volcano and Parangtritis Beach.
During this 3 days and 2 nights Imaginary Line Tour, the places that was described before in the legend is the main line for the destination we are going to visit. At the end of this tour you will know more about the beautiful story and all which is contacted to the Imaginary Line.

3 Days 2 Nights Jogja Imaginary Line Itinerary
D1. Ullen Sentalu – Prambanan – Jogja At night (L)
Arrival at Yogyakarta airport you will meet our staff. After the introduction you will start straight with your tour by visiting the Ullen Sentalu Museum, the best art and culture museum in town. This museum has a private collection which tells you more about the Sultan Family. Then we continue to Prambanan Temple.
Back to town for check in at the hotel. After cleaning up we bring you to enjoy night time in the city center. Visit Malioboro and shopping. Back to the hotel. Free program. Lunch and dinner will be provided at local restaurants.
D2. Tugu – Keraton – Tamansari – Pantai Parangtritis (B, L)
After breakfast we take you for a City tour. We start at the Tugu monument which is standing symbol for Yogyakarta. We continue by becak / rickshaw, a traditional way of transport which bring you to the the Sultan Palace, also called Kraton. Here you will have guided tour inside the Palace. Followed by a visit to the Taman Sari in which we can see the water castle of the Sultan’s and his wives. There are bathing places, pools, and historical places in this water castle. Last visit will be to the most South element of this tour and house of Queen Kidul, Parangtritis Beach. Lunch and dinner will be provided at local restaurants.
D3. Imogiri – Jurang Tembelan – Pinus Pengger – Transfer Out (B,L)
At your last day in Yogyakarta we give you the opportunity to visit Imogiri Royal Tomb as one of the mystical places in the city. Then you can relax and admire the nature in Jurang Tembelan and Pinus Pengger. Both of are the popular destination in Jogja nowadays. Transfer out.
