Menjangan Island is a small island located 5 miles northwest of the island of Bali and is part of theWest Bali National Park. “Menjangan” in the local language means “deer / antelope” because this island is inhabited by wild herds of deer or antelope based on wikipedia. To go to Menjangan Island we go to Banyuwedang Harbor.

Take a short boat ride from our departing point in Banyuwedang Beach to the famed Menjangan Island for world class diving & snorkeling sites. Discover the fascinating underwater marvel and enjoy fantastic snorkeling with our experienced guide who will show you beautiful coral reef garden with tons of fishes and lots of other creatures while drifting along the walls such as, electric clams, scorpion fish, starfish, eels and some large reef fishes.

For guests who taking private boat, visit to the temples in the island can be arranged to see beautiful temples of Gili Kencana Temple, Segara Giri Temple and Kelenting Sari Temple.

Itinerary

Twice snorkeling in 2 difference spots on area of Menjangan island :

  • 9.00 am , should be ready at meeting point to check your snorkeling gear.
  • 9.30 am, leave to menjangan island with boat accompanied with guide.
  • 10.15 am , arrive in the island and let the guide to check the weather and condition where prefer spots to do first snorkeling and after first snorkeling then you have time to break while enjoy your lunch it is take time  about 15 minutes, please kindly communicate with your guide accordingly.
  • 11.30 am , continuing to do second snorkeling in deference spot and it will be take about 45 minutes
  • 12.30 pm prepare to back to the harbour
  • 13.15 pm end of tour. See you next time.
