Job description:     

• Receive and reply bookings from customers,
  
• Make tour package calculations,
• Prepare and planning tour,
• Maintain good communication and build relations ships with clients, partners,
  
• Communicate and spread clear information about Pamitran and its services to our clients,
• Follow up on all offers that have been sent to prospective customers until the closing (deal),
  
• Well handling and answer questions and customer complaints,
  
• Responsible for frequently report to supervisors,
  
• Handling sales of hotel vouchers and entry tickets,
  
• Join Meetings, Conferences & Events on Tour & Travel Exhibitions,    
• Manage administration,
  
• Actively update information regarding company products and services.

Qualification:     

• Male / Female max 35 years old,
  
• Experienced in the field of tour & travel,
  
• Can speak English both spoken and written,
  
• Preferred degree in Tourism,
• Ready to working with targets,
  
• Communicative (spoken en written),
  
• Cheerful, friendly and responsible,
  
• Reliable and good negotiator to convince potential customers     
• Used to work with computers (word, excel, power point, etc),  and the internet (e-mail, chat, etc.),
  
• Can type 10 fingers (quick),
  
• Lively, creative and nimble,
  
• Can work individually or in teams,
• Passion for traveling and helping people!
