Facilities for Yogyakarta Motorbike Rental
- New motorbikes (year 2015 – 2019)
- Free shuttle to Yogyakarta Adi Sucipto Airport, Tugu Station, Lempuyangan Station, Malioboro, Hotels on the ring road. Outside the area there will be additional fuel costs. Free pick up and delivery service is only valid at 07:15 – 20:45. Delivery of vehicles and motorbike pick-up outside of the above time, will be charged a fee of Rp. 20,000 (Adi Sucipto Airport, Tugu Station, Lempuyangan Station, Malioboro, Hotels on the ring road) outside the area will be subject to additional costs of fuel usage.

Terms and Conditions for Yogyakarta Motorbike Rental
- Cheap motorbike rental prices in Jogja listed are net. Valid for Indonesian citizens who have a KTP and Foreign Citizens who have a passport.
- Jogja motorbike rental tenants are required to have a valid SIM C. Tenants are expected to provide complete personal data, such as residential address, name of place of stay such as homestay, hotel, villa in Jogja along with the room number and name of the tenant registered in the hotel or villa. Pamitran Motor Rental Jogja will not use personal data from tenants other than for motorbike rental purposes.
- For Indonesian citizen. Leaving 3 valid original identities such as KTP, KTM, A SIM, NPWP, STNK, EMPLOYEE CARD, TRAIN TICKETS / AIRCRAFT, etc, the identity can be mixed if you are both or entourage and we will return it when returning the rented vehicle.
For Foreigner. Leaving identity such as national ID or similar and copy passport.
- If the use of the motorbike by the lessee exceeds the time of the rental agreement, the excess overtime is calculated at 10% per hour from the 1 day rental price. If the overtime exceeds 4 hours, the price will be calculated for 1 day rental fee.
- Pick up and delivery service from our rental motorcycles, do not charge for the Adi Sucipto Airport, Tugu Station, Lempuyangan Station, Malioboro, Hotels on the ring road. Outside the area there will be additional fuel costs. Free pick up and delivery service is only valid at 07:15 – 20:45. - The use of vehicles is only permitted specifically for use in the Yogyakarta province, except by mutual agreement. The use of vehicles outside the province of Yogyakarta will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.
- Pamitran Motorbike Rental & Car Rental Jogja has the right to refuse customer orders, if the customer shows behavior that is not polite, insulting, berating, committing violence.
Terms & Conditions for Damage
- All vehicles that we rent, there is no insurance. The rental prices listed on this website do not include insurance costs.
- Accidents that cause damage to the vehicle, such as a motorcycle scratched or dented due to errors from tenants either intentionally or unintentionally. Then it will be charged according to the price of spare parts in Yogyakarta.
- Large or severe accidents resulting in holes in the motorbike, the motorbike could not run, burned caused by negligence of the tenant, intentionally or unintentionally. Then the fee will be charged according to the price of spare parts in Yogyakarta and rental fees during the time of vehicle repairs, which are calculated according to the rental price per day of the vehicle that has been repaired.
- If the motor is used on an inappropriate road. Like extreme terrain for off road, muddy, rocky terrain or steep hills. Then all damage caused by the above use is fully borne by the tenant of the vehicle.
- We don’t allow motorbike rental for racing activities, whether we are official races or informal races. If there is damage to the vehicle, all damage caused by the above use is fully borne by the tenant of the vehicle.
Cancellation
- Cancellation of a rental vehicle booking less than 2 x 24 hours before the date of booking, no cancellation fee is charged.
- If the customer cancels a motorbike rental order less than 1 x 24 hours before the order date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the vehicle rental price per day will be charged.
- If a customer cancels the use of a rental vehicle on the day of the vehicle rental booking, a cancellation fee of 1 day will be charged from the rental price of the vehicle.
- Cancellation or reduction of time or usage day from the initial booking, will be charged the full cost according to the initial booking bill.
